Located at 5842 Braeside Ln, Ferndale, WA 98248, Laurel Lavender Farm operates as a garden center serving Ferndale in Washington. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Ferndale, nurseries are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Washington, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Check the listing for hours, seasonal closures and Google rating before you go.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 61 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded garden centers in Ferndale.

Ferndale is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ferndale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Beautiful little farm! Picturesque, quaint, surrounded by trees, with a field of lavender and other flowers. The petting zoo area is so fun (I've made very good friends with the baby cow, who live chin scritches), plus there are sheep and goats (adults and babies) all super gentle and kid friendly. There's pigs and bunnies and chickens and turkeys (not for petting, though sometimes there are baby bunnies available for pets). There's a hand washing station, which I appreciated, for with lavender soap which they sell in their little shop. I have several items from them including soap, car infuser, big spray etc and they smell wonderful. The owners, staff and volunteers are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The lavender fest on July 11 2026 was a great time. It was absolutely BUSTLING so a bit difficult to manage parking but the staff was doing a great job keeping things organized and moving to the best of their degree. Great way to support local artists and the farm itself was beautiful!

We had a great time at the festival today. They did a great job at directing traffic too. They had walkie-talkies and made sure everyone was safe. The honey was amazingly. The lavender of course was good. We enjoyed lemonade and crocheted gifts. Thank you

What a fun and pretty farm! We came for the lavender and was surprised that they have a cute petting zoo! The animals were frendly and fun size. Everything was reasonably priced and we got a lot of items from the store. The lavender lemonade and ice cream was good. We are going to make our scones. I wish they had a powdered lavender lemonade and lavender wands or wreaths, but very lovely farm and friendly staff. We will be back.

This is one of my favorite places in Whatcom County! The owners & family that owns this farm are extremely knowledgeable & kind. They open their farm one month out of the year to customers to come & experience the beauty of their lavender fields! And, this year they've got baby sheep running around! If I could, I'd be here everyday ❀. And, their lavender homemade items for sale are the best! And, great for gifts! Come check them out!
